& Dukes Point Ferry Terminals.
Approximately 2.5 km from (north) & 5km (south) of
Highway 19 (Island Parkway). Exit on to Jinglepot
Road. When you reach the Shady Mile Farm Market, take a turn on to
West Road (which is situated directly opposite the Shady
Mile Farm Market), take the 1st left turn on to West
View Acres Road, at the end of this road it bears left
onto Maple View Drive, we are the 1st drive way on the
right.

Policies & Information

Minimum
two night stay (in Peak Season)

One night stays will be
accommodated in Peak Season (subject to availability)
and will incur a surcharge of an additional $10 per
room.

Reservation requires a non-refundable deposit equivalent
to 1 night's fee or for stays of 7+ nights = 2 night
fee or alternatively secured by providing preauthorised
credit card details.

Cancellation Policy - PEAK 14 days or less , LOW or
SHOULDER 7 days or less notice requires payment equal to
50% of full booking or 1st night stay (whichever is the
greater) unless a rebooking is possible for the
same period. Plus a $25 cancellation administration fee.

Full payment can made by VISA, MASTERCARD,
AMEX, INTERAC DEBIT or CASH.

quoted in Canadian Dollars.
- Check In
after 3pm
- Check Out
at 11am
- Loss of Room Keys will
incur a $25 replacement fee.
- Discounts
may apply for any of the following categories:
- Repeat
business or corporate guests
- Long stay
guests
- Small
groups, wedding party guests or multiple parties
- Non smoking
establishment - smoking allowed only in outside
designated area.
- Children Welcome.
- Level Entry for all
guest rooms and services.
- Sorry NO PETS, other
than dogs for the visually impaired.
- Two friendly cats in
residence.
