hosts, originally from Lancashire, England we believe in

can expect from the day of your reservation. Your stay is
individual to you and therefore we will try to ensure that we have as many of your
requirements and needs catered for in advance.
You will always find a warm welcome and
we will give you time to become acclimatised to your
surroundings. Take time to unwind from your day with a
choice of afternoon tea with freshly made cakes and biscuits, or
a refreshing drink and snack before being shown to your room
and familiarise yourself with our facilities and services
available during your stay (depending on your arrival time).
Whatever the
reason for your visit, whether a short stay or a longer
vacation, whether in need of rest and relaxation or have a
reason to celebrate, we'll never be far away to give you a
helping hand. Need assistance with your itinerary or
advice on where to go and what to see, we have a wealth of
knowledge and broad range of information to help, from day
trips, organised tours, local amenities, entertainment,
dining and so much more.

aim is to make breakfast a very special time of day
and where you'll find a choice which best suits your
needs during your stay with us. Our Full
Breakfast Menu can be served in the Dining Room,
Breakfast Nook or Al Fresco, or for a little more
private time we can arrange to serve a Continental
Style breakfast by tray at a time of your choice in
room and for something extra special a Romantic
and/or Champagne Breakfast can be arranged (at extra
cost).
If you are
in need of a helping hand, have a busy schedule or
have an action packed day ahead then why not take
advantage of some of our services; picnic hampers,
making dinner or theatre reservations, banking or
business services, dry cleaning to deliver or
collect, some urgent laundry that requires attention
to name but a few. However, if you're looking
for some time to unwind and relax there's plenty on
offer, watch a movie or listen to one of our
in-house library of DVD's & CDs or take a break and
find your own favourite spot that you'll find
in the beautiful grounds of our property, whether
reading (with a great choice of magazines and newspapers) or just to soak up the atmosphere
and superb scenery that our rural location surrounds you
with.
